Key Responsibilities:
- Lead future-state HR service delivery and business process design
- Develop service catalogs, ownership models, and organizational structures
- Standardize processes across people, policy, and technology
- Collaborate with business, Workday, change, and training teams
- Support readiness, testing, and transition to future services
Requirements:
- Experience delivering HR or business transformation programs
- Knowledge of service delivery models and service catalogs
- Understanding of organizational design and process improvement
- Experience leading workshops and building stakeholder consensus
- Knowledge of change management, readiness, and cutover planning
