Tasks

- Welcome visitors and tenants at the building entrance.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests.
- Draft and distribute communications.
- Program and support IP telephone devices.
- Manage access cards and keys.
- Install software and copier drivers.
- Coordinate repairs and service requests.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements

- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in IT.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Excellent command of French.
- Functional English required to communicate with English-speaking tenants (approximately 30% of the time).




- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's licence to facilitate travel is considered an asset.
