Turn global analytics into operational insight as an Assistant Manager with Manulife’s Canada Contact Centre, Bank & Affinity, in a hybrid Montreal role.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director and supports leadership through analysis, reporting, escalation management and business storytelling. You will connect operational data, customer feedback and performance insights to clarify trends, risks, opportunities and recommended action. The work includes partnering across Operations, Analytics, Workforce Management and Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze operational data, customer feedback and global analytics
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
- Translate complex information into leadership presentations




- Coordinate sensitive escalations through resolution
- Identify root causes and continuous-improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Robust analytical, problem-solving and operational judgment
- Experience developing accurate reports, insights and presentations
- Ability to communicate recommendations to senior leaders
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
