Lead SAP IS-U device management remotely, applying meter installation, replacement, reading processing, and exception handling expertise. This 12-month engagement starts immediately.

Our Ontario-based client seeks an experienced SAP IS-U Functional Consultant for device management and service orders. The work centers on utility processes, service notifications, work management, and external scheduling integrations. You will also address meter inventory, outage management, AMI, MDUS, and MDMS integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage meter installation, removal, replacement, and reading processing
- Handle device management exceptions across IS-U processes
- Create and process service notifications
- Integrate scheduling and dispatch systems with work management
- Oversee goods receipt and RMA meter inventory processes

Requirements:

- Experienced SAP IS-U functional consultant
- Strong device management process expertise
- Solid work management experience with service orders
- Understanding of AMI processes and MDUS architecture
- Knowledge of external MDMS and ADMS integrations
