This Facilities Maintenance Lead supports mining, exploration, and industrial camp operations in isolated locations. The work combines hands-on repairs, utility support, inspections, and general camp upkeep. Leadership, organization, communication, and protected decision-making are essential during seasonal peak operating periods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect equipment and complete preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain generators, water systems, pumps, and electrical components
- Support HVAC, heating, ventilation, and freeze protection
- Assist with water treatment, wastewater, fuel storage, and utilities




- Identify hazards and coordinate repairs before operational impacts

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in remote camp settings
- Management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Level 1 First Aid
- Comfort working outdoors on uneven, icy, and snowy terrain
