We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent knowledge of dental procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on general dentistry.
The RDA will support the dental team by ensuring efficient operations and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
No evenings or weekends!
Office hours
Monday-Thursday 7-3pm
Friday 7-12pm
Duties
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures including chairside assisting, four-handed dentistry, imaging.
- Take medical history, and other patient information accurately in electronic health records.
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies while maintaining aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Manage dental documentation, medical records, and coding in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient education on dental procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance.
- Maintain knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy,
and various specialties such as prosthodontics and endodontics to support comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure all clinical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning correctly.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
- Minimum 1 year experience. Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting with proficiency in dental assisting techniques.
- Familiarity Dentrix is an asset
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to work in a professional setting with a corporate patient base.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
