Lead residential programs at The Salvation Army's Journey to Life Centre in Thunder Bay, using supervision and social services expertise. This is a permanent full time management position.

The Residential Programs

Manager oversees program delivery, staff management, client services, and operational administration. The position requires leadership across a 24/7 facility, including rotational on-call support and regular evening or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, supporting safety, and working with community partners.

and Workday records Review client intervention and case management systems Enforce safety, security, and workplace procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree; Social Work education is an asset Minimum three years' related supervisory or social services experience Experience with diverse populations, mental health, and addictions Valid Ontario Class G licence, vehicle, and insurance Vulnerable sector background check and Microsoft Office proficiency Bring residential program leadership, staff coaching, and community resource knowledge to The Salvation Army's Thunder Bay services.
