Overview

As a Full Time Sales Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them find suitable products, and contribute to an organized, welcoming sales floor. You’ll assist with product demonstrations and technology sales while working collaboratively with colleagues to keep service smooth and responsive.

Duties

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer product questions, and provide attentive customer service in person and by phone.
- Demonstrate products, recommend relevant options, and use appropriate upselling to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales and payments using POS systems; handle cash accurately and complete basic transaction calculations.
- Maintain merchandising displays, replenish and organize products, and coordinate with colleagues to keep the sales area ready for customers.

Skills Required:



Transparent communication, customer service, basic math, and the ability to use POS systems, handle cash, and manage time and tasks reliably. English proficiency supports customer interactions and accurate transactions.

Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, technology or technical sales experience, and familiarity with product demos, merchandising, phone etiquette, and upselling. Multilingual or bilingual communication is an advantage.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
