Gulzar Transport is looking for a reliable and organized Gate Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced trucking and container yard environment.

Responsibilities

- Check trucks and containers in and out of the yard.

- Accurately enter and update container information in our computer system.

- Maintain records of container movements, truck arrivals, and departures.

- Verify container numbers, driver information, and required documentation.

- Communicate with truck drivers, dispatchers, and yard staff.

- Monitor gate activity and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

- Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Strong computer skills are a must.

- Comfortable using computer software, entering data, and learning new systems.

- Good typing speed and attention to detail.

- Solid communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, container yards, or dispatch is an asset but not required.

Pay: $18.25-$24.00 per hour
