Job sites will be in Belleville and surrounding areas.
Duties
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with the owner, crew, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Assist the owner with estimates
- Schedule and coordinate work activities, ensuring projects are complete
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Skilled in various construction tasks such as Framing, drywall, flooring, and installation of cabinets; exterior work is an asset.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
We are looking for a skilled General Contractor to join our team. Must have experience with Interior work: kitchens, bathrooms, framing, drywall and more. Exterior work is an asset: Siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, roofing, decks and more. This is full-time, as Rosenplot Renos is growing. Having your own truck and tools is a must. Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
