Job Requirements Gen AI Developer Years of
Experience:
10+ years Job Summary:
• We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with extensive experience in application development and a solid background in leading cross-functional programs within regulated enterprises.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM solutions, as well as a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and developer tooling.
Responsibilities:
• Automate 64 SDLC use cases by implementing prompt automation and utilizing a knowledge repository.
• Integrate cloud services by implementing and managing AI models alongside traditional backend resources across AWS environments.
• Develop robust APIs by constructing scalable REST APIs and managing complex JSON payloads for seamless frontend-to-backend communication. Mandatory
Skills:
• 10+ years of application development experience.3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in a banking or regulated enterprise. 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI or LLM solutions in production, including prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in SDLC and developer tools such as Git, GitHub, CI/CD, IntelliJ or VS Code, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and working with Power BI (DAX, data models, row-level security) or a comparable BI platform.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create steering decks, value narratives, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of enterprise governance, including architecture review, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Experience with Kore.ai. Preferred
Skills:
• Experience with AWS application development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
