Position: Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Position Summary: Responsible for Commercial Lines
- new business, renewals, and client servicing while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal team members. Liaison with: Management, Insurers, Underwriters, Clients. Required Designations: CAIB 1, CAIB 2 Main Duties and

Responsibilities:
• Proactively Manage assigned clients
• Obtain information from clients, or clients digital file to create and process submissions and renewals
• Analyze client coverages, exposures, loss history, to determine risk requirements
• Provide clients with advice, recommendations, and explanations with respect to needs, coverage and claims
• Liaise, and transact with underwriters and insurance company representatives




• Prepare and maintain up to date all needed documentation as part of insurance policy renewals, and new submissions
• Proactively place, negotiate, and track renewals / submissions into the insurance market, including mid-term changes and endorsements
• Ensure accurate processing and review of policy documentation: paper copies, digital downloads, emails, etc
• Review Policy Wordings and Policy Documents for accuracy
• Maintains ongoing licensing requirements
• Keeps current on new products, coverages, and market trends
• Provide exceptional and prompt service
• Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers and clients
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
