Maratek is a fast-growing company and world-class manufacturer of solvent recycling and distillation equipment, looking to hire one (1) Marketing Analyst on a 6-month contract (with possibility of extension) to cover a maternity leave. You will support sales and marketing across our solvent recycling and engineered technology product lines. We are looking for an experienced, self-directed analyst who can review our current marketing, find what isn't working, propose fixes and start putting them in place alongside our sales team. By the end of the contract, we want a clear, prioritized marketing roadmap and the first improvements already live. Duties &

Responsibilities:
Audit & Improve (primary focus):
• Audit our website, SEO, AI search visibility, social media and other marketing channels
• Recommend prioritized improvements, with the expected impact of each
• Implement quick wins during the contract and leave a roadmap for the work that follows Day-to-Day Marketing:
• Coordinate marketing support for the sales team and ongoing projects
• Manage and maintain our CRM (HubSpot), including data quality and reporting
• Track and report KPIs such as website traffic, search rankings, leads and conversion
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team
• Learn our products and services well enough to market them accurately
• Other tasks as needed T he above is not an exhaustive list of duties; the role may evolve with the needs of the business. Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in marketing analytics, digital marketing or growth, ideally in B2B with a long sales cycle
• Hands-on with Google Analytics 4,



Google Search Console and a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, and a point of view on how AI search is changing how buyers find suppliers
• Proficient with the MS Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team Assets
• Experience marketing industrial equipment, capital goods or environmental services
• Experience with HubSpot CMS (our website is built and hosted in HubSpot)
• Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software Position Details
• Reports to the VP Marketing
• Full time, 40 hours per week, in person
• Located in Bolton, ON. Public transit is limited, so please ensure you can arrange your own transportation.
