Part-time | Virtual or Hybrid | Autonomous or Supervised Practice $130–$171 per billable clinical hour Enjoy the complexity of psychological assessment? Build a practice where your clinical curiosity helps clients find clarity and a meaningful path forward. Resolve Psychology is a growing practice specializing in comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy for adults across Ontario. We are seeking a psychologist and neuropsychologist in autonomous or supervised practice who enjoys thoughtful diagnostic work, values ongoing learning, and wants the flexibility to build a fulfilling clinical practice. Psychological assessment is central to what we do. Our clients often come to us with overlapping symptoms, longstanding questions, or uncertainty about what is contributing to their difficulties. Through careful assessment, we help them better understand their experiences, clarify diagnoses, and identify recommendations that inform treatment and everyday functioning. Our practice supports teens and adults experiencing concerns including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, substance use, personality difficulties, and other mental health challenges.

We offer
virtual services across Ontario and in-person services in Mississauga, Richmond Hill, and Scarborough. The opportunityThis role offers the opportunity to make psychological assessment a substantial part of your caseload, alongside psychotherapy if desired. We welcome clinicians who want to deepen their assessment expertise while maintaining a diverse practice. Depending on your interests and areas of competence, your work may include:
• Comprehensive psychological assessments: Integrate clinical interviews, standardized measures, and relevant history to explore complex presentations and answer meaningful diagnostic questions.
• Diagnostic formulation and clarification: Consider overlapping symptoms and contributing factors to develop an integrated understanding of each client’s concerns.
• Feedback and recommendations: Translate assessment findings into explicit explanations and practical guidance that clients can use.

• Evidence-based psychotherapy: Support individuals with a range of mental health concerns through treatment informed by their needs and goals.
• Professional development: Pursue opportunities for training, consultation, public speaking, and the provision of supervision, as appropriate to your qualifications and interests. Experience working with adolescents, couples, and/or seniors is an asset and can create opportunities to broaden your caseload. Build a practice that fits your lifeChoose a virtual or hybrid arrangement and a schedule that works for you. Our head office is in Mississauga. For clinicians interested in in-person work who live farther away, we can establish satellite offices across Ontario to support a hybrid practice closer to home. We have two additional locations in Richmond Hill and Scarborough. For psychologists working toward autonomous practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), supervision with individual adult populations is available, including support in psychological assessment, cognitive and neuropsychological assessments, and evidence-based treatment.

What we offer
• Flexibility and autonomy: Choose your hours and work from home as much as you would like.
• Meaningful assessment work: Opportunities to conduct comprehensive assessments addressing diagnostic uncertainty and overlapping mental health concerns.
• A wide-ranging, fulfilling caseload: Support in developing a balance of assessment and psychotherapy that reflects your interests and competence.
• Competitive compensation: $130–$171 per billable clinical hour, depending on registration status and supervision requirements.
• A supportive professional community: A collegial,

respectful environment that values clinical judgment, collaboration, and continual learning.
• Supervision and peer consultation: Opportunities to discuss assessment, formulation, and evidence-based treatment.
• Investment in your development: An education and training allowance, along with opportunities for training and skill development.
• Room to expand your contribution: Opportunities for supervision, consultation, and community presentations.
• Technology to support your work: Access to electronic test protocols, online scheduling, and electronic charting software. QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who bring clinical curiosity, sound judgment, and a thoughtful, collaborative approach to client care. Applicants should have:
• A doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology from an APA
- or CPA-accredited graduate program. Applicants completing their internship and doctoral degree will also be considered.
• Registration with the CPBAO, or an intention to pursue registration for supervised practice.
