Overview The General Maintenance Assistant supports safe, reliable upkeep of equipment and facilities. This hands-on role combines practical maintenance, clear communication, and responsive service to help colleagues keep daily operations running smoothly.

Duties

- Perform routine facilities maintenance and assist with general repairs in a restaurant setting.
- Communicate work and equipment updates with management, communicate progress in English, and respond courteously to service requests.
- Coordinate with colleagues and contribute to day-to-day work planning, drawing on leadership and supervising experience where useful.

Qualifications

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, clear English communication,



and the ability to follow schematics and complete maintenance tasks carefully. Preferred: Facilities maintenance, manufacturing, electrical experience, basic plumbing knowledge; customer service, leadership, and supervising experience are valuable strengths for supporting requests and coordinating work.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
