Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, entertainment and gaming industry and possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and schedule employees
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Oversee cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems
- Coordinate kitchen operations and food preparation activities as well as coordinate facility operations.
- Excellent knowledge of POS system for order processing and sales tracking
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety ensuring all SOP's are being adhered too at all time.
- Monitor quality of service and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

-Analyze financial reports to develop action plans to grow revenue and control costs. -Maintain systems which insure overall fiscal responsibility for inventory ect.

-Set and achieve sales goals and hold managers accountable for setting and meeting departmental goals.

-Capitalize business opportunities in the market by executing company marketing strategies to drive sales.

-Make final decisions around all store sales and performance incentives,



search out opportunities to optimize business.

-Responsible for the entirety of the management team and all aspects of operations including entertainment, food and beverage ect

-Continuously work towards improving and maintaining operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Big Time Entertainments Standard Operating Procedures.

-Complete scheduling and payroll details on weekly basis.

Requirements

- Proven experience in hospitality management, operational manager, general manager +3 years ,preferably in fine dining establishments, entertainment venues, gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management

- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, 10, 12 hour shifts.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

-Must be able to produce a transparent criminal background check. -Weekends are mandatory.

Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
