Restaurant General Manager

Base Salary: $65,000-80,000

Bonus Chance: $20,000

We’re looking for a strong, experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with an established hospitality brand operating multiple locations across Canada and the United States.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who loves developing people, creating an exceptional guest experience, and driving a successful business.

You’ll have ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day performance, from building a great team and strengthening the guest experience to managing sales, labour, costs and profitability.

What You’ll Lead

- Recruit,



coach and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
- Create an engaging, positive culture built around hospitality and accountability.
- Deliver an exceptional and consistent guest experience.
- Drive sales, profitability and overall restaurant performance.
- Manage labour, food costs, inventory, budgets and other key financial targets.
- Maintain strong standards across food quality, service, cleanliness and restaurant operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the business and turn them into action.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience within full-service dining.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the financial side of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and retain great teams.
- Experience managing sales, labour, costs and profitability.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
- A leader who is comfortable being present on the floor and setting the pace for their team.
