Domaine Lafontaine, a welcoming private seniors' residence located in Rivière-du-Loup, is seeking a General Manager.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the regional management and working with the on-site team, the general responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all the activities of the facility while ensuring a work environment that fosters employee development and engagement.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- All other related tasks.

- Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency

- Evaluate the executives under his responsibility and lead the annual evaluation processes

- Leader of internal management committees and attending various meetings of the organization

- Manage budgets and ensure the profitability of the property

- Mobilize teams and maintain employee engagement





- Receive feedback from residents and treat them as opportunities for improvement

- Set and ensure quality standards for each service

- Work with heart and provide high-level customer service

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Relevant experience in the field of RPA and/or operations management

- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
