Fast Track is a busy indoor entertainment destination featuring adult karting, junior karting and an indoor PlayZone. We are seeking a proven General Manager to lead our people, strengthen operating standards and take full accountability for the day-to-day business.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead a large hourly team, make sound decisions under pressure and consistently follow through. Ownership will lead business development and revenue strategy; you will ensure the operation and team execute exceptionally well.

What you will own

Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, scheduling and staffing decisions.

Leadership and development of the Assistant Manager and shift leads.

Safe, consistent operations across multiple attractions and extended operating hours.

Labour planning, productivity and approved operating budgets.

Guest experience, service recovery, facility presentation and operational readiness.

Preventive maintenance coordination, incident response and compliance with procedures.

Execution and follow-through on promotions, memberships, events and ownership initiatives.

Weekly operating reporting, clear priorities and proactive problem solving.





What we are looking for

Demonstrated leadership of a busy, high-volume customer-facing operation and a sizable hourly team.

Strong experience in scheduling, labour control, training and employee accountability.

Comfort with evenings, weekends and peak periods; willingness to be present on the floor.

Ability to build repeatable systems, delegate effectively and close the loop on commitments.

Sound judgement, calm leadership and solid written and verbal communication.

Experience in entertainment, hospitality, recreation or multi-department facility is valuable To apply: Submit your resume and a short description of an operational improvement you personally led, including the measurable result.

This position is full-time, salary with the expectation of a min. 37.5hrs / week in the facility. Saturdays non-negotiable

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
