We are looking for an experienced Genesys Platform Tester with hands-on experience in API Testing, Genesys UI Testing, and CRM Integrations .
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience creating and executing API payloads using Postman .
- Experience testing Genesys call flows through the Genesys UI (not phone-based testing).
- Knowledge of Genesys UI , including call status, agent scripts, and secured messages.
- Experience testing CRM integration with Genesys .
- Working knowledge of Chatbot and Live-Agent interactions .
