Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on personal and commercial insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and client service requests
• Coordinate with insurance underwriters to obtain competitive coverage options




• Assist clients throughout the claims process
• Identify opportunities for new business and account development
• Maintain compliance with RIBO regulations and brokerage standards Qualifications
• RIBO licence (active or currently working toward obtaining one)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance, real estate, or financial services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in additional languages is considered a solid asset, particularly French, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Russian, or Ukrainian
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with a strong desire for professional growth
• Familiarity with Power Broker, Applied Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is considered a strong asset Compensation & Growth Opportunities
