• 10+ years of demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
&
Skills:
• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies and business strategies.
• Perform business process re-engineering, business process mapping and functional modelling.
• Facilitate JAD sessions and develop UML models, screen designs and UI mockups.
• Utilize CASE tools and tools such as Balsamiq for business and technical documentation.
• Document system functional requirements, business architecture and logical architecture artifacts.
• Prepare Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Threat Risk Assessments (TRA).
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate robust analytical, problem-solving, communication and negotiation skills.
