Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Elements Branding Solutions. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of customers in the trims and packaging sector, building strong relationships with domestic and international brands. Daily responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction,



while monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The Sales Manager will also be expected to forecast sales, meet revenue targets, and provide regular performance reports to leadership. Qualifications
• Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing, preferably with domestic and international brands.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong self-organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Background in trims, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
