Break-Fix Support and AC Repair Engineer Work Model: On-site

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Project Type: Short-Term / Project-Based Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and hands-on technicians to support an AC maintenance project involving Printed Circuit Board (PCB) replacement in air conditioning units within a warehouse environment. This is a straightforward technical assignment. Complete training and practical guidance will be provided before the work begins. Previous experience in electronics or AC maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Replace PCBs in air conditioning units using basic hand tools, including screwdrivers.
• Safely remove and install electronic control boards.
• Follow provided technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Handle tools, components, and equipment carefully.
• Ensure accuracy and quality during replacement activities.




• Complete assigned daily targets and report work progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with the team lead throughout the project. Requirements
• Basic technical or hands-on skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, especially screwdrivers.
• Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to work on-site in a warehouse workplace.
• Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
