Key responsibilities
• Manage tort files, deadlines, and client communications.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and litigation documents.
• Obtain and organize medical records, productions, and damages documentation.
• Assist with discoveries, motions, mediation, pre-trial conferences, and trial preparation. NCA students, articling students, and licensed paralegals are welcome to apply. Previous personal injury litigation experience is an asset. Robust writing, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
