- Destination Auto Group is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator (Evening Shifts) who is looking to take the next step within their career This is an excellent opportunity for a highly adaptable person looking for a multifaceted and fast-paced workplace within a growing automotive company. This part-time position operates on a minimum of 16 hours/week with the following schedule:
• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Lead and support our front desk and lot team to keep things running smoothly




• Oversee daily operations and coordinate schedules
• Manage vehicle inventory input and records (new & used)
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Tackle various admin tasks and daily priorities with confidence What you bring:
• 2–3 years in admin or leadership roles (automotive experience a plus)
• A positive, proactive attitude with a sharp eye for detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
