Join Our Team as a Cleaner We are currently seeking a part-time Cleaner for a high-rise residential building located in Coquitlam. The building consists of 28 floors, 379 units. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building’s common areas and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
• Ordering recent cleaning supplies as needed QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Cleaning experience is an asset
• Reliable and a good communicator




• Excellent time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

s: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $1560 per month Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM
- 12 PM
• Starting date: November Work
