This manager oversees enterprise risk, regulatory, and compliance software across its lifecycle. The role combines application stability, operational governance, regulatory assurance, and project delivery. It requires experience with GRC or RegTech platforms, regulated environments, and cross-functional technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own GRC, RegTech, and audit platform operational health

Oversee performance, resiliency, observability, and recovery planning

Govern releases, change controls, patches, and upgrades

Lead incident escalation, root-cause analysis, and remediation





Manage regulatory technology projects through operational handover

Requirements

Six to eight-plus years in regulated technology environments

Experience managing enterprise GRC or RegTech platforms

Experience delivering regulatory projects and resolving audit findings

Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOX 404, and GDPR

Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks
