Job Summary

Full time-work, steady hours, and a team that is focused on producing cannabis with Health Canada compliance.

Paradise Cannabis is a family owned localy crafted cannabis cultivation facility, fully licensed and looking to have someone with an interest in hortoculture join our team! This is not a retail position. It is hands on roll focused on production of cannabis from seed to harvest!

No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn! If you are dependable, have a great attitude and want a stable job where you can learn to grow and learn the ins-and-outs of business, this could be a great fit!

Duties and What we are looking for:

- Water plants and monitor irrigation, adjusting systems to support healthy growth.
- Plant, prune, harvest, and maintain crops using horticulture and gardening practices.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Use hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge to maintain equipment and keep work areas orderly (we will train you!)
- Lift and move supplies, plants, and materials, using basic math to measure quantities and track routine tasks. (Must be able to lift 30lbs)
- You have strong ability to commuicate in english, both written and verbally
- You are 19+ and have reliable transportion

- Willingness to learn practical gardening techniques
- Comfort using hand tools
- Basic math skills
- You ahave the physical capacity to perform heavy lifting (30lbs)
- You have a willingness to work hard and enjoying working on your feet in a fast pased environment.
