As a Grocery Clerk, you help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. You support customers, maintain appealing merchandise displays, and assist with everyday store operations.
Duties
- Assist customers with product questions and purchases, using transparent communication and courteous customer service.
- Stock, arrange, and merchandise grocery items; keep shelves and work areas clean and orderly.
- Support cashiering, routine maintenance, and other store tasks, following established procedures.
- Use a forklift when appropriate and help colleagues keep products accessible and displays well stocked.
Skills Required: Clear communication, customer service, organizational skills, cleaning, and the ability to support cashiering, merchandising, and routine maintenance are useful for serving customers and keeping the store running smoothly. Preferred: Retail sales experience, bilingual communication, and forklift skills can strengthen customer support and help the team manage stocking and daily operations.
