Safely control traffic across Interior British Columbia as a Lane Closure Technician using TCP certification and transparent communication. Work outdoors Monday through Friday.

The Universal Group is seeking a Lane Closure Technician with at least six months of British Columbia LCT experience. You will support roadworker, crew, client, driver, and public safety while controlling traffic effectively. The work includes directing traffic control personnel, completing paperwork, and supporting safe worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and tear down worksites safely
- Protect crews, clients, and road users
- Direct other traffic control personnel onsite
- Complete FLRAs and TMPs paperwork
- Communicate clearly with drivers and crews

Requirements:

- Minimum six months of British Columbia LCT experience
- Current WorkSafeBC recognized TCP certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Smartphone with an active data plan
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and work outdoors
