This Endoscopy Staff Nurse role contributes to continuing skilled nursing development within a busy inpatient and outpatient department. You will act as a mentor and role model, supervising, supporting, and educating junior nurses in clinical practice. The unit delivers diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, with dedicated fluoroscopy and bronchoscopy sessions. You will help uphold departmental beliefs, professional standards, and the NMC Code.
