Carbinox is hiring a full time Email & SMS Specialist to own and optimize retention channels, crafting strategic campaigns, automated flows, and segmentation to maximize revenue from our growing DTC customer base. You'll manage Klaviyo and Postscript, build welcome and win-back journeys, run A/B tests, and collaborate with creative and marketing to push performance across campaigns.
This role is 100% remote with ownership of two critical revenue channels.
