As Production Area Lead, you will manage daily plant activities for an assigned area at Give & Go. The work includes organizing personnel, providing tools and resources, mentoring employees, and addressing issues affecting subsequent shifts. Lean manufacturing knowledge, training ability, and basic troubleshooting experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Instruct, guide, and assist employees with work procedures
- Develop and mentor team members through required training
- Ensure production standards and schedules are achieved
- Facilitate shop-floor meetings and shift administration
- Report operational issues to supervisors and incoming shifts

Requirements:

- High school diploma completion
- Minimum five years front-line leadership in manufacturing
