Battlefords Residential Services Inc. (BRSI) is seeking a compassionate, motivated individual to join our leadership team as a Temporary Group Home Manager.

BRSI is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to building rewarding lives for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Through our group homes, we provide person-centred supports that promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Group Home Manager, you will oversee daily home operations, lead a team of Direct Support Workers, and ensure individuals receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, supervise, and support staff while promoting a positive and accountable workplace.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, household responsibilities, and administration.
- Ensure individuals receive quality care that respects their choices, dignity, and independence.
- Support individual care plans, personal goals, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, staff, and community partners.

The ideal candidate will have:





- Relevant training or experience supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership potential and the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Experience with personal care and supporting diverse needs.
- A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence.
- A satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.

Previous management experience is an asset, but experienced disability support professionals ready to advance their careers are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

- Employment: Temporary Full-Time (10 months)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
- On-Call: Approximately one weekend every eight weeks.
- Earned Day Off: One EDO per month.
- Starting Salary: $56,925 annually
