As a Host/Hostess, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You provide a warm welcome, guide guests to their tables, and help create a friendly and qualified atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
Your organizational skills, courtesy, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs ensure a pleasant and seamless dining experience. Thanks to you, every visit gets off to a great start and reflects the welcoming and polished image of our establishment.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage dining room reservations;
- Ensure that your service area is clean, tidy, and well organized;
- Welcome guests, assign tables, and escort them to their seats;
- Provide menus to guests and ensure they receive prompt service;
- Assist with serving guests during peak periods, when needed;
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout and following their dining experience, and handle complaints when necessary;
- Perform any other related duties to support the smooth operation of the organization.
