RESPONSIBILITIES The Support Associate is responsible for completing daily operational tasks across assigned floors or building locations.
SUMMARY The Workplace Support Services Associate ensures smooth daily operations by:
- Maintaining kitchens (coffee, dishwashers, supplies, organization)
- Servicing meeting rooms (whiteboards, chairs, supplies)
- Supporting copy rooms (printers, stationery, toner, mail, organization)
- Maintaining floors (first aid kits, work orders, sanitizing supplies, PPE)
- Completing operational tasks related to health & safety, audits, projects, and inventory
- Working assigned shifts with flexibility as needed
The role requires strong judgment, adherence to protected work practices, and compliance with safety and security procedures, including reporting any potential hazards.
