As a Hair Stylist, you’ll provide thoughtful, personalized service while helping clients choose styles that suit their preferences. You’ll contribute to a welcoming salon experience through attentive communication, skilled hair styling, and care for a clean, organized workspace.

Duties

- Consult with clients, listen to their preferences, and recommend suitable styles and services.
- Perform hair styling and maintain sanitation practices for tools, stations, and shared areas.
- Support front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and communicating service updates.
- Present relevant retail products and additional services in a helpful, client-focused way.

Requirements Required: Practical hair styling, customer service, communication, and sanitation capabilities are essential for delivering services safely, understanding client preferences, and maintaining a professional salon environment. Transparent communication also supports smooth coordination with clients and colleagues.

Preferred: Related experience in retail sales, upselling, or front desk support is helpful, along with an approachable manner and confidence discussing products and services.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
