As a Hairdresser, you’ll provide welcoming, attentive service while helping clients choose styles that suit their preferences. You’ll combine hands-on hair styling with transparent communication, careful sanitation, and a polished client experience from arrival through checkout.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients, listen to their preferences, and recommend suitable hair styling options.
- Deliver hair services with attention to detail, maintaining clean tools and a sanitary work area.
- Support front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and assisting with checkout.
- Recommend relevant retail products and services through helpful, respectful upselling.

Experience
Required: Bring customer service, communication, and practical hair styling capabilities to client consultations and services. Follow sanitation practices consistently,
contribute to front desk tasks, and communicate recommendations clearly and professionally.
Preferred: Related hairdressing or customer service experience, along with familiarity with retail sales and product recommendations, can help you serve a range of client needs and contribute confidently to daily salon operations.
