At Amal Behavioural Health Supports, Behavioural Health Practitioners work with children, youth, and adults with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Collaborate with Behaviour Analysts and Program Supervisors to implement individualized treatment plans. Build communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills through structured and leisure-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Patience, compassion, emotional regulation, and self-awareness
- Robust interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Ability to remain calm during challenging situations
- Relevant degree, diploma, or equivalent education and experience
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain BACB certification
