Digital Marketing Client Account Manager (Remote)

8 AM PST
- 5 PM PST Workfuel runs Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies across North America. We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who understands digital marketing, knows how to manage client relationships, and can confidently help business owners understand and improve their results. This isn't just a role where you check in with clients and send reports. You'll be responsible for understanding account performance, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and keeping clients successful and engaged.

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of client accounts, from onboarding through ongoing strategy and retention. Lead client meetings, explain campaign performance, and confidently answer questions about results. Understand key metrics like leads, CPL, booking rate, CPA, and ROAS, and identify opportunities for improvement. Help clients improve their lead follow-up, appointment booking, and sales processes.

Work closely with our media buying, creative, and technical teams to report and improve account performance. Monitor client pipelines and identify issues with lead handling, tracking,



or CRM processes. Proactively identify at-risk accounts and manage difficult conversations around performance, expectations, and retention. Keep client communication, tasks, and follow-ups organized. Who We're Looking For 3 years of client account management experience at a digital marketing agency.

Understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads and lead-generation campaigns. You don't need to run ads yourself, but you need to understand how they work. Comfortable interpreting performance metrics and making recommendations based on data. Project management experience is a must Experience managing multiple client accounts independently. Confident leading client meetings and handling challenging conversations without constant supervision. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent, qualified English communication.

Bonus points: Experience with GoHighLevel, HVAC, plumbing, or home-service marketing. We're looking for someone who already understands how a marketing agency operates, is comfortable managing clients independently, and is excited to grow into a more strategic role over time.
