Job Summary

Maintain safe, reliable facilities and equipment by completing repairs, supporting preventive maintenance, and responding to service needs. This hands-on role combines practical troubleshooting with transparent communication and coordination across the workplace.

Responsibilities

- Inspect construction sites and equipment, identify maintenance needs, and complete repairs using appropriate tools and safe work practices.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, interpret schematics.
- Record work, parts, and follow-up actions, coordinate priorities with colleagues.
- Provide courteous customer service, and guide work when supervising or leading others.

Requirements Required: Practical maintenance capabilities, mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, English communication, and the ability to follow schematics and document work accurately. Preferred: Supervising experience, leadership, Alberta building Code understanding, and exposure to maintenance, or customer service.
