This Technical Delivery Lead provides end-to-end leadership across McKesson’s HCM technology portfolio. You will translate approved architecture into executable delivery approaches while partnering with HCM Architects, Solution Managers, vendors, and portfolio leadership. The work spans Workday, ADP Workforce Management, Payroll, Total Rewards, identity and access management, ServiceNow, integrations, and downstream applications.

Establish workstreams, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria

Assess cross-platform release readiness and technical go/no-go recommendations

Coordinate significant incidents and drive cross-platform technical remediation

Technical leadership across complex, cross-platform HCM initiatives

Ability to assess feasibility, complexity, risk, and delivery readiness

Knowledge of testing, deployment, rollback, recovery, monitoring, and support
