This Guest Experience Agent welcomes visitors while supporting retail, video, and café operations as required. The position includes taking orders, preparing hot drinks and grab-and-go items, processing payments, and keeping service areas organized. You will also communicate winter conditions and attraction information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver upbeat service from guest arrival through departure
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Take café orders and serve drinks and grab-and-go items
- Restock merchandise, café supplies, and guest service areas
- Communicate with coworkers and management about operational needs

Requirements:

- Accuracy handling Canadian and United States cash
- Ability to work standing and perform repetitive physical actions
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification is an asset
- Comfort working indoors and limited periods outdoors
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and Christmas period
