This Registered Practical Nurse provides secure, competent care within the RPN scope of practice. Working under the Director of Care and Registered Nurse, you support individualized care plans and wellness programs. The position requires nursing standards knowledge, clinical documentation, and collaboration with clients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver safe, effective, person-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments accurately

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse's Program
- Three years of related experience required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
