New Business Analyst Role Open Now - 4 month contract

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Business Analyst in the oil & gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large enterprise environment where you'll play a key role in supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, business process improvements, and project initiatives.

- Total rewards: $56.35 - $65.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

- Support SCM systems and applications by investigating and resolving business process and system-related issues
- Gather, document,



and maintain business requirements and process documentation
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test scenarios
- Coordinate testing activities and track defects through resolution
- Analyze business and system data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to support system enhancements
- Monitor project activities, timelines, deliverables, and process improvements
- Provide ongoing support for business initiatives, reporting requirements, and operational projects

Successful candidates will have:

- 2-4 years of Business Analyst or related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
- Experience mapping and improving business processes
- Proven ability to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
