Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite)

Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Lead The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning deposit products, core banking platforms, APIs, data integrations, cloud technologies, and regulated financial services platforms. The role will serve as the primary coordination point between Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Finxact, SC Trust, INDX, and external banking partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic integration initiatives. The programme includes enabling insured deposit products, merchant savings solutions, payment integrations, digital asset-related capabilities, and enterprise platform modernization efforts Establish programme governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency management, and executive reporting.

Drive programme execution from initiation through production deployment and post-launch support.

Technical Delivery Management

Customer portals and APIs Deposit Network services Manage API, data, cloud, and operational integration workstreams. Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Communicate programme status, risks, decisions, and milestones to leadership. Risk & Compliance Management Ensure delivery aligns with security, regulatory,



and operational requirements.

Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams throughout programme execution. Integrated project plans Manage dependencies across multiple programmes and vendor organisations. Drive issue resolution and escalation management. 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives.

Experience with cash management, digital assets and stablecoin Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams. Wealth management, capital management , treasury managemet ,cash management , Banking integration Technical Knowledge

Cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) Data integration and reconciliation processes Security and regulatory requirements in financial services PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or Protected certifications. Deposits and treasury management Payment networks Digital assets Strong technical acumen and problem-solving ability. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery execution. Improve visibility, predictability, and execution quality across the integration programme. A hands-on Technical Program Manager with strong banking and fintech experience who can bridge strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders while driving delivery of complex integration programmes. #
