Support seniors with daily living, resident care, and compassionate assistance as a Health Care Aide at Shasta Care Community in Edmonton.

Reporting to a Wellness Manager, you will serve residents within Sienna Senior Living's Long-Term Care team. The work includes supporting individual care plans, strengthening resident connections, and contributing to daily comfort and well-being. You will help residents live fully while respecting their dignity and individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and assist residents with daily activities
- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming needs
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aides, and mobility devices
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental support
- Encourage participation in individual and group programs

Requirements:
- Completed approved college Health Care Aide program
- Compassion and dedication to supporting seniors
- Proficiency in straightforward treatment procedures and bedside care
- Tact and diplomacy with residents, families, and visitors
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and work eligibility
