Key Responsibilities:

- Implement nursing policies and procedures on the unit
- Communicate significant resident changes to physicians

- Participate in informed shift reporting

Requirements:

- Professional nursing knowledge in long-term care settings
- Experience or background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
- Knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal statutes
- Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario's nursing college
- Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
