Level 3 Early Years Educator role - Available in Goodmayes

A relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential for this role and prior experience working in a nursery or with children under 5 is desirable.

Working full-time as an Early Years Educator, you will be:

- Highly knowledgeable of early childhood development
- Encouraging development through play, exploration and child-led learning
- Supporting children with their personal, social and emotional development




- Planning and delivering engaging activities that stimulate children's imagination and creativity
- Carrying out observations and tracking key children's progress
- Forming and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families
- Working collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
